February’s first training welcomed Chloe to my studio. As always she had filled in her questionnaire so I knew what she wanted to concentrate on, and lovely sleep baby model one called Reeva allowed me to teach Chloe perfectly.
Day one, and with all poses done we wanted to do, I was then able to demonstrate how to shoot for a digital backdrop. I used the gorgeous Reeva with red fabric and some rose petals, and with lots of patience because they petals tickled a bit, we did it.
Here is Chloe on her second day of training.
Day two was Chloe’s turn. She chose all the poses and props she wanted to use and baby Oscar was her model. However, he had other ideas, and spent the best part of close to two hours wide awake. He was perfectly happy though, which meant we could get some lovely awake shots. Eventually he gave in, dozed off, and Chloe found her stride.
The below images are styled posed and lit by Chloe, taken and edited by me.
Chloe is also a member of my Video Mentoring Group on Facebook where she is part of a great community of newborn photographers of all levels, all there to learn and grow. To find out more visit my TRAINING page.
